Best sushi I’ve had in Utah! Their menu provides a broad selection making it easy for everyone to find something suited for their liking. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting and the service staff are top-tier. I tried a variety of different rolls (everything looked so good!). I must’ve surprised them with how many I ordered because the sushi chef brought out a complementary “Caribbean” roll! It complemented the array of flavors we ordered, it ended up being my favorite one of our dinner! Needless to say, i’ll be looking forward to my next visit to Itto. Thank you!

My favorite sushi place in Utah! Why?? Because they have fresh fish (takashi quality) at half the price. Do yourself a favor and order the chef’s choice omakase and let them surprise you with the best sashimi. They have great rolls and even the deep fried, saucy ones that Americans love. The service is always friendly and attentive and the chef’s even throw in extra nigiri l. Can’t recommend enough!

I came for the Wednesday night happy hour (I believe it's Wednesdays AND Thursdays) and had my taste buds blown! The prices were phenomenal, and I was able to try a unique type of nigiri (tara) that I haven't seen at any other stateside sushi restaurant before! (It's my new favorite, so be warned that it's melt-in-your-mouth amazing!) My one and only complaint is that I am not local to SLC, so I'll have to take another 3 hour flight back here in order to experience this restaurant again. Will DEFINITELY come back the next time I'm in town! P.S. Please open a location in Austin, TX!

The rolls were amazing, way more than slightly better run of the mill rolls that are available everywhere. The sashimi was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy and helpful. Definitely coming back, makes sense as to why they have won best in Utah so many times.

I came in for lunch before heading to SLC to fly back to Philly. Ordered a spicy tonkotsu and a stairs of heaven Gukan. Me being so hungry forgot to take a picture and actually dived right into the food. The ramen is good to me, but it may be salty to some people. Gukan is on another level. So good and so fresh. You know when you get the frozen version of the fish roe, they can be quite fishy. But here, everything is so fantastic. If I can come back SL, definitelt going to be back here.

Best sushi in the state for a reason! They only use fish caught less than 24 hours prior and you can definitely tell. Everything was fresh and delicious, bursting with flavor!
